The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals to develop affordable mixed-income rental housing on a 9.45-acre parcel at the northwest corner of N. Decatur Blvd. and W. Rome Blvd., in Las Vegas, Nevada (APN 125-24-701-041).
