SCA Design  architectural firm was responsible for the entitlement application, design and construction documents for the new construction Retail Shopping Center under construction. As a ground up retail development, this project involves multiple engineering consultants.  SCA Design coordinates with each of these consultants to complete the project and provide all necessary engineering disciplines for permitting and planning purposes.  The 8,400+ sq ft building is on a 44,000 sq ft site, in Paradise, Nevada.
