Water Street District in Henderson has Financial Incentives for Businesses
Who couldn’t use a facelift? The Water Street District sure has been working on their image recently. The Redevelopment Agency is looking to help business owners with financial support when helping the Water Street District with its makeover.
Tenant Improvement Grants are available with a maximum amount of $50K and $55K for projects with green initiatives implemented. The available grants will pay up to 50% of tenant improvement costs.
There are developer assistance and partner programs available to support local development projects. The agency offers support and partnerships to help developments get started.
If you are looking for a property facelift, there is grant money available up to $16,500 per owner/ lessee to help with improvements like awnings, sings, doors, windows,painting, landscaping, lighting, pavement and other City approved facades.
Mini -Facade Improvements are available as full grants with no need to be paid back and owners/lessees receive up to $3,000 for storefront facelifts at no cost.
