State of the City- What an Honor.
State of the City- What an Honor. Two of our projects were featured in the recent State of the City address. North Las Vegas Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown shares in our excitement. History being made. Agora Realty is developing land. We are working alongside them to bring these projects to life.
During the State of the City address 2024, hundreds of city officials and community members gathered to hear what is to come. The City of North Las Vegas is one of the fastest growing in the country. We have designed multiple sites, provided land entitlement designs and architectural designs to countless projects in the city. And throughout the state.
NLV Hylo- State of the City
We are very excited for two of the projects we have with Agora Realty. The 73+ acre Hylo project that has a recent partnership with the Las Vegas Golden Knights. The sports aspect will be monumental for the city and community development. We are also very excited for the 20 acre NLV Gateway Village project that will redevelop the downtown area.
North Las Vegas Redevelopment of Texas Station & Fiesta Ranch sites. SCA Design has been working on a 73+/- acre master planned redevelopment at Rancho Drive and Lake Mead Blvd. Plans we submitted to the City of North Las Vegas for a mix of commercial and residential uses. The commercial component is planned to contain a combination of experiential commercial, recreation, hotel, retail, restaurant, and multifamily uses. The project, identified by the name “Hylo” is expected to bring 925 jobs to the area.
NLV Gateway- State of the City
“According to a news release, the project will be called NLV Gateway and will include medical offices, retail shops, restaurants, multifamily housing, micro-businesses units and community-focused public space.
The land parcels are located at the “gateway to North Las Vegas,” east of the I-15 freeway along Lake Mead Boulevard and north along Las Vegas Boulevard, the release notes. Based on initial planning, NLV Gateway will create more than 900 permanent jobs.”
