Agora Realty is developing the land in North Las Vegas, known as the Hylo Park Redevelopment previous sites of the Texas Station & Fiesta Ranch of Stations Casinos. An the chosen Architect, Sheldon Colen and the SCA Design firm has been working on a 73+/- acre master planned redevelopment at Rancho Drive and Lake Mead Blvd. Plans we submitted to the City of North Las Vegas for a mix of commercial and residential uses. The commercial component is planned to contain a combination of experiential commercial, recreation, hotel, retail, restaurant, and multifamily uses.
