Las Vegas, NV – Agora Realty & Management (Agora), a real estate development firm, announced that the Vegas Golden Knights will provide management and programming for the existing ice arena that the developer owns in North Las Vegas.
The ice arena is part of the former 73-acre Texas Station and Rancho casinos site. The entire site is being redeveloped by Agora into a mixed-use commercial and residential project including a variety of housing options such as apartments, townhomes, and detached single-family homes. Also included will be a family-oriented athletic complex – Champion Square – consisting of the existing ice rink along with other sports-programmed buildings, shops, restaurants, and public spaces.

Agora announced Vegas Golden Knights (VGK) to provide management & programming for ice arena that the developer owns. SCA Design has provided these renderings of the larger project.
