Job Description-
Construction Document Coordinator – Internal position. High volume quality Plan Review & Redline Mark-up of Commercial and Residential plans, adhering to local jurisdictional practice and Building Codes.
· Work under the direct supervision of Architect and Project Manager(s).
· Possess a clear understanding of community, local, and regional regulations and plan review including comprehensive planning, land development codes, zoning and land use regulations.
· Provide complete and comprehensive Review & Redline of deliverables including project, construction documents, details, product recommendations, plans, and design documents for all building types and occupancies ensuring compliance with current building codes.
