About the Development- The Reserve at Red Rock Canyon
The Reserve is a 64-acre site. Located west of Las Vegas off state route 159. Lots range from 2-4 acres and cost $3-6.5 million each. There are 16 home sites to choose from. The Reserve at Red Rock Canyon will be a luxury, gate-guarded development. The master plan includes an event barn, dining facility and inn.
Bonnie Springs
It will be a far cry from the historical Bonnie Springs Ranch we all knew and loved. But, who can resist living in what feels like a Natural Park? With most of the land adjacent to federal land, the surrounding area will likely go undeveloped (at least for many years). What may people do not realize is the land is zoned for development.
