Nevada Cannabis Consumption Lounge License
11/30/2022 Nevada Cannabis Consumption Lounge License: The CCB was established through Assembly Bill 533 during the 2019 legislative session and signed into law by Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak. The Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) conducted two drawings via a random number selector to determine the issuance of independent cannabis consumption lounge licenses for (10) non-social equity applicants and (10) social equity applicants. Per state law, the CCB may issue 20 independent cannabis consumption lounge licenses, half of which (10) are designated for social equity applicants. Retail cannabis consumption lounges do not require a competitive selection process.

The random number selector drew 10 application numbers from a pool of 30 eligible applications, representing the 10 social equity applicants selected to receive an independent cannabis consumption lounge license.
