2017- Nevada- Recreational marijuana. With new legislation in place, there were hold on assembly bills that allowed for pot lounges.
2021- Nevada- Legislation passed for allowance of marijuana lounges. Las Vegas- development of lounges to allow onsite consumption.
2021- Arizona- New Legislation allow applications for existing medical cannabis operator who want to enter the recreational market will allow approved applicants to sell to all adults over 21.
2022-2024- New Lounges in Las Vegas, Nevada.
