October 6, 2020 -THE BCC will be meeting to discuss proposed amendments that affect the Medical Cannabis – Medical Marijuana markets.

This proposed code amendment is relevant information if you are, or deal as a medical cannabis (marijuana) cultivator, an adult-use cannabis retail store, a dispensary, a production facility, a medical cannabis cultivation facility, independent testing laboratory, medical edible cannabis (marijuana), or medical cannabis dispensary.
Clark County code amendments
An ordinance to amend Title 8 of the Clark County Code by amending Chapter 8.60 – Medical Marijuana Establishments to update County Code for changes made to state law by the 2019 Nevada State Legislature and regulations adopted by the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board; and providing for other matters properly related thereto will be presented and on the Clark County agenda later this month.

An ordinance to amend Title 8 of the Clark County Code by amending Chapter 8.65 – Retail Marijuana Establishments to update County Code for changes made to state law by the 2019 Nevada State Legislature and regulations adopted by the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board; and providing for other matters properly related thereto will also be under review.
