Legislation & Pot Lounges
2017- Nevada- Recreational marijuana was legalized. With new legislation in place, there were holds on assembly bills that allowed for pot lounges.
2021- Nevada- Legislation passed for allowance of marijuana lounges. Las Vegas- development of lounges to allow onsite consumption.
2021- Arizona- New Legislation allows applications for existing medical cannabis operators who want to enter the recreational market will allow approved applicants to sell to all adults over 21.
