Recreational marijuana was legalized in Nevada in 2017. Until 2022, there were holds on assembly bills that allow for pot lounges. In November 2022, The Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) had a Random Number Selection Event for Cannabis Consumption Lounge Licenses.
