Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
After announcing the closure of the Macy’s Department store at The Boulevard Mall in 2017, insurance provider Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield decide to move in and occupy what was previously the second story floor of Macy’s.
SCA Design was responsible for the Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield tenant improvement design plans.

Scope of work included:
– Space planning coordination with the interior design team.
– Preparation of bid sets. Send to bid. Help client with bid comparisons.
– Preparation of construction documents.
– Coordination of expedited plan-check for building permits.
– Shop drawing reviews for contractor.
– Onsite progress (weekly) meetings with Owner & Contractors.
– Construction management (minor).
– Quality check and punch list at end of project.
