It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we share the passing of our dear SCA Design family member, Gary Carlson. July 21, 2023, Gary left the earthly world, leaving a void in the hearts of us all.
Gary made an impact on our personal and professional lives, teaching and stretching us in ways only he could do. He had a significant role in numerous projects and relationships throughout the years. His absence will be felt deeply by each of us and the community.
As we remember Gary, let us also celebrate the positive influence he had on us both professionally and personally. His infectious smile, sense of humor, and unwavering heart that would light up the room. He never left a conversation without the reminder to “keep smilin.”
During this difficult time, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Katherine and the family, dear friends, loved ones, and architectural and construction community. May they find comfort in the memories and the knowledge that Gary made a meaningful impact in the lives of so many.
Gary, keep smilin, dear friend. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered in our hearts.
