COVID RESTAURANT DESIGN- LAS VEGAS
In the article, Colen references a newly completed restaurant project in Town Square, Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews. Sickies is located just 2.7 miles from the Allegiant Stadium, Home of the Raiders, 4 miles from the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, and 4 miles from the McCarran International Airport, and only 9 miles from the Raider’s Headquarters in Henderson. Colen and his team were responsible for the construction documents of the recently completed restaurant.

COVID RESTAURANT DESIGN- MUST KNOWS
Colen states many restaurants “have acquired more space for al fresco dining for customers wary of eating indoors.” Takeout and delivery options, drive-thru windows and larger capacity spaces are all part of the conversations he is having with restaurant and quick service clients looking for architectural plans. We don’t know when this will end, we do know this is what is needed now. And when we design we are looking at short and long term goals.

Sickies in Town Square opened in Labor Day weekend 2020, during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Even with restrictions in place, we see this place doing well. Sickies Garage is your new football headquarters!
