The Fiesta Plaza- La Bonita Supermarket & Retail Space: Downtown North Las Vegas

The Fiesta Plaza in North Las Vegas near city hall, owned by Agora Realty & Management, is a 200,000 square foot retail space anchored by La Bonita Supermarket and is located in downtown North Las Vegas at 2201 Civic Drive off Lake Mead. La Bonita, Conn’s Home Plus and Ross Dress for Less all helped reshape the previously ran down and somewhat vacant shopping center. The neighborhood center is in a North las Vegas Redevelopment District and adjacent to North Vista Hospital and Government Buildings.

La Bonita at Fiesta Plaza

The high volume La Bonita Supermarket outgrew the previous 25,000 square foot space (now Ross Dress for Less) and currently occupies a previously vacant 55,000 square foot space. La Bonita has 6 locations across the Las Vega Valley and is happy to offer the community great prices and quality products in clean stores with top levels of service. The Fiesta Plaza: La Bonita 2021 Civic Center Drive, North Las Vegas, NV 89030 SCA Design was responsible for the façade makeover.

Ross Dress for Less at Fiesta Plaza

Ross Dress for Less moved into the 25,000 square foot space after SCA Design drew up the design plans and helped put the construction in motion. The Fiesta Plaza: Ross Dress for Less 2021 Civic Center Drive, North Las Vegas, NV 89030 SCA Design was responsible for the remodel, façade makeover, interior and dock area to include site plans, floor plans, elevations, ceiling plans, roof plans, building sections, finish schedules and building details. Coordination of structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering disciplines.

Retail Shops at Fiesta Plaza

There are many new tenants in the 200,000 square foot shopping center now that it has had a facelift. H&R Block, Metro PCS, iTransfer, Angels Medical Center, All State Insurance, La Corona Furniture and Genesis Beauty Salon are some of the tenants at La Fiesta Shopping Center in North Las Vegas.
