Apartment Complex: 130 Copper Street- Multi Family

SCA Design was responsible for the architectural design and development of the Multi-family Residential Apartment Complex at 130 Copper Street. The 4 plex is approximately  3,175 square foot with a 212 square foot balcony. The complex is a 2 story building with 4 units. Each unit has one bedroom and den. Each unit is approximately 700 square foot. The complex sits on a 5,663 square foot lot.

130 Copper Street, Henderson, NV 89015 is a Multi- Family Residential Apartment Complex located in the Townsite neighborhood, in the popular Water Street District. Water Street is known as the Downtown Henderson area, for its local history and  is currently being revitalized as a “progressive and dynamic area with a convergence of culture, commerce and authentic small-town sensibilities.” You can take a historic walking tour of the area. Be sure to notice the changing face of the area. Many local businesses and restaurants are helping change the look and feel.
