Coffee Shop Architecture Design- as well brewed as as cup of piping hot coffee, and customer service unlike another, as is the efficient design of Dutch Bros locations. Founded in 1992 by brothers Dane and Travis Boersma, Dutch Bros is a privately held drive through coffee chain. It was established in Grant Pass, Oregon. Today, there are multiple locations across the country. Architectural firm SCA Design is please to present many of the newest locations, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Including this location at Aliante and Centennial.

Dutch Bros Coffee Shop Architecture Design

This architectural project was for a ground up building based on prototype plans for a coffee drive-through. Construction details were provided by SCA Design to obtain architectural permits for new construction of the building. Included were site plans, site details, floor, roof and ceiling plans. Additionally, building details, exterior elevations, building/wall sections and general material specifications were included. Background floor and reflective ceiling plans were provided for mechanical, electrical and plumbing consultant disciplines. Plans consisted of items that allow for building department submission and general Contractor bidding.
