Agora Realty and Management and The City of North Las Vegas agree again. It’s a good idea and strategic placement for this Starbucks North Las Vegas location. And Sheldon Colen Top Las Vegas Architect was again happy to design the grey shell building, as he loves architecture design as much as he loves his daily Starbucks Coffee.

This exciting project is located at W. Lake Mead Blvd. & N. Rancho Drive in North Las Vegas. This Agora Realty project is called Starbucks North Las Vegas Hylo Park South and in part to revitalization and redevelopment of Texas Station & Fiesta Ranch Sites. It has great support of the Mayor, City Council and City of North Las Vegas. We are excited for this coffee shop architecture project and master planning.

Scope included self certification and prototype coordination for the gray shell building. This Starbucks Drive-Thru has newly been completed with CDs and planning by SCA Design, Structural by Vector Engineers, and MEP by NV5 and construction by Moorefield Construction. Geotechnical by Southwest Geotechnical. The 2,448 S.F. Starbucks grey shell building, is  on site  for Building B at Hylo Park South, Site size 481,793 SF (11.06 acres); Agora Realty and Management, Inc.

HYLO PARK AT LAKE MEAD & RANCHO: The local news has shared in our excitement for the North Las Vegas Redevelopment of Texas Station & Fiesta Ranch sites. SCA Design has been working on a 73+/- acre master planned redevelopment at Rancho Drive and Lake Mead Boulevard for Agora Realty & Management.  Plans have been submitted to the City of North Las Vegas for a mix of commercial and residential uses. The commercial component is planned to contain a combination of experiential commercial, recreation, hotel, retail, restaurant, and multifamily uses in including Starbucks North Las Vegas Hylo Park South. Ground breaking has taken place. And the development underway in phases.

It has been featured in the 2024 and 2025 State of the City Address. “Economic Growth- Hylo Park broke ground with Agora Realty & Management; a commercial lifestyle center serving 700 new housing units, with additional amenities planned. Downtown Gateway a 19-acre, $200 million development generating 900 new jobs and state-of-the-art medical offices.” (1)
