Keech Murdock Law Firm: Commercial Building is located at 521 S Third Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101, off East Bonnieville in Downtown Las Vegas, one block East of Las Vegas Boulevard. This project included site development for the 0.16 acre lot.

This lovely new construction office space was designed with high ceilings, recessed and chandelier lighting. An abundance of natural lighting pours in through the skylights. Lighting fixtures accent the building and building-mounted lighting illuminates the parking areas. With a grand fireplace and built-in mantle, the office space is warm and inviting. The soaring staircase is intricately adorned with wood and metal finishes. Exterior finish materials include split face CMU block along the sides of the building and limestone veneer and colored concrete panels along the face of the building.
