The Fiesta Plaza, a 200,000 square foot retail shopping center, recently had a facelift and played musical stores with a move for La Bonita Supermarket. Ross Dress for Less now occupies the old La Bonita Supermarket Building in The Fiesta Plaza in downtown North Las Vegas, whereas La Bonita now occupies a 55,000 square foot building within the same shopping center next to Conns.

Not only did SCA Design helped make the magic happen for this 25,000 square foot grocery store turned retail department store and vacant 55,000 square foot building turned grocery store, but SCA Design also made over the shopping center. The City of North Las Vegas is excited for the downtown development.
