Now and Italian Restaurant, Olivia’s, a Mexican Seafood establishment, owned by the same owners as Taco Y Taco, had architectural design work completed by SCA Design. The 5,318 square foot restaurant could be described as Modern Chic, the textured walls, high contrasts, elegant yet simplistic fixtures, and clean lines were highlights of this design. The restaurant opened as a more formal dining experience than their typical grab and go Taco Y Taco style atmosphere. SCA Design was responsible for the interior finishes, kitchen layout, bar design, and architectural feature walls.
