Makers at Pecos Ridge

This SCA Design project, Makers at Pecos Ridge, is a new ground-up two story building located on S. Eastern Ave. & Pecos Ridge Parkway between an existing “Firestone Complete Auto Care” and “The Goddard School” in Henderson, Nevada.   The proposed use of the building is office and restaurant to which will create new employment and serve the surrounding community.  Total gross square footage of the building is 18,044 square feet, standing 50’-2” high.

The site consist of adequate parking, lighting, accessible paths, and bike racks to comply with current building code and COH requirements.   Low water/ maintenance landscaping native to Nevada in the form of 15 & 5gal. shrubs and 24” box trees will be added.

Proposed building materials and finishes are similar to those used on existing buildings in the surrounding community, and are depicted in the form of a colored 3D rendering.
