California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) is inside the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. It is an SCA Design Restaurant Architecture project. You feel the Cali-culture and vibe inside this place of “tastemakers, rule breakers and earth shakers.” At CPK, they “conquer challenges by daring to work on the edge and thinking outside the box.” (1)  Simularilary, the circular design invokes a shift in design detail that led the architect and designers to think outside the typical restaurant shaped box. This is evident in the unique circular design of the restaurant. The open feel concept allows patrons and passerbuys to idly observe the surrounding entertainment and gaming destination.

California Pizza Kitchen- inside the Mirage Hotel & Casino

In 1985, California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) first opened in beverly Hills, CA. Today, there are more than 20 locations in 30 states and 11 countries and countless grocer’s freezer aisles. The CPK – inside the Mirage Hotel & Casino is one of 7 Las Vegas locations. “Worldly inspired yet distinctly Californian, these hand-tossed, Cali classic pizzas come fresh and loaded with designer toppings. Savor LA-style specialty salads, pastas and sandwiches for lighter fare.” (1) You can find this California gem in-between the Carnegie Deli and Mirage Sport Book.

07.2020- CPK files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection due to COVID-19. We hope this location makes it through the CORONA VIRUS Storm.

• Finally, secure your seat for a show at the Beatles Box Office. Then purchase fanfare at The Beatles Shop.
