Aureola Kitchen Remodel

Nevada Architect remodels kitchen at the Aureola Restaurant at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Las Vegas. Sheldon Colen and his team at SCA Design in Las Vegas are responsible for the Aureola Restaurant Kitchen remodel.  The kitchen remodel/ tenant improvement of the popular fine dining restaurant included 300 square foot of the 2,085 square foot kitchen.

Why the kitchen remodel was necessary:

A reimagined version of Michelin-starred Chef Charlie Palmer’s groundbreaking restaurant in New York, Aureole Las Vegas showcases fresh, seasonal ingredients in bold American Progressive style under the leadership of Executive Chef Alexandre Grégoire. Hailed as one of the best wine restaurants in the world, Aureole also boasts a notable cocktail list and an impressive outdoor patio space that provides one of the most beautiful dining settings on The Strip.” (1) With a reputation as one of the finest restaurants, having an architect remodel kitchen space was a must at this Las Vegas restaurant.
