Job Description-
Job Captain/ Project Manager, Architectural – In office position.
- AutoCAD, Architectural drafting of buildings
- Manage high volume quality projects.
- Keep a schedule, staying on budget, and ensuring the smooth operation of any tasks.
- Computer Renderings, Sketchup, 3ds Max, (or the like) AutoCAD
- Review & Redline Mark-up of Commercial and Residential plans, adhering to local jurisdictional practice and Building Codes.
- Work under the direct supervision of Architect and Project Manager(s).
- Possess a clear understanding of community, local, and regional regulations and plan review including comprehensive planning, land development codes, zoning and land use regulations.
- Provide complete and comprehensive Review & Redline of deliverables including project, construction documents, details, product recommendations, plans, and design documents for all building types and occupancies ensuring compliance with current building codes.
