CSTORE DRIVE: The parent company of Rebel Convenience Stores does not expect to rebrand the stores, which are known for their made-to-order and grab-and-go foodservice program.
Las Vegas-based convenience store chain being sold to rival company
News3TV: Owner Richard T. Crawford said he agreed to sell Green Valley Grocery to Anabi Oil, the company behind the Rebel brand of gas station stores in Southern Nevada.

CONVENIENCE: For Anabi Oil, the acquisition represents both growth and stewardship, the brand said. Founded in 1991 when Sam Anabi started with a single gas station, the family-owned operator is now “recognized for its Rebel brand and its innovation and trust in the convenience industry,” it said.
The acquisition includes 87 Green Valley Grocery locations across Southern Nevada.
Green Valley Grocery and Anabi Oil, which operates Rebel convenience stores, “each bring unique strengths to the Las Vegas market, and the combined network will drive innovation, expand loyalty programs and create efficiencies that position the business to honor Green Valley Grocery’s legacy while investing in its future,” Anabi Oil said.
