Site is accessible from Santa Margarita St. and Post Rd. via 35’-0” driveways and ADA compliant pedestrian walkways

Parking/ Landscape: terminal islands, landscape fingers, and landscape buffers where parking occurs. Decorative walls.  There are +/- 46 additional parking lot trees along the north and east property lines, which gives us a 575% increase on parking lot trees. All plants being used are low maintenance, low water, and native to Southern Nevada, complying with the regional SNRPC plant list. A total of 44 parking spaces are provided including 1 car and 1 van accessible spaces. All parking can be easily accessed by customers and employees via walkways located at building entrances.
