Where 332 parking spaces are required, a total of 355 parking spaces are provided including 17 accessible spaces. There are also 39 vacuum spaces. All parking can be easily accessed by customers and employees via walkways located at building entrances. All parking will be illuminated by new “shielded downlights” to comply with City of Henderson standards and requirements. The site will be accessible from Warm Springs Road and Boulder Highway. via driveways.

The proposed Cadence Development commercial development consists of the following:

• General Retail will be approximately 25,000 sq. ft.
• In-line Retail 1 will be approximately 6,600 sq. ft.
• In-line Retail 2 will be approximately 6,500 sq. ft.
• Convenience Store with Carwash will be approximately 6,200 sq. ft.
• Fueling Station will be approximately 3,720 sq. ft.
• The Tavern will be approximately 6,000 sq. ft.
• The Tire Shop will be approximately 8,000 sq. ft.
• The Full Service Carwash will be approximately 4,556 sq. ft.
• Quick-Serve Restaurants 1-5 will be approximately 2,200 sq. ft. each
• Quick-Serve Restaurant 6 will be approximately 1,000 sq. ft.
• Quick-Serve Restaurant 7 will be approximately 2,500 sq. ft.
